Thank you for reading all that. i definitely think theres something in the whole theory of people being scared etc, tbh i was the same, i specifically chose Portsmouth because i wanted to move away, but not too far like up north or something, but still after a while i realised, moving away from everything you know is so hard. i actually feel like i wasted a lot of time, if id got a job straight after 6th form id be in my 3rd year of work now, i could have progressed up the corporate ladder as they say. i dont think anyone ever said to me “you can go to uni any time you want” 6th forms want there students to go to uni because it looks better on them. i dont know really, but thank you, and good luck to yourself :)
